As a practice, we serve ages 18 years or older and our Nurse Practitioners and Physicians treat chronic and acute illnesses with a comprehensive approach including :
- Disease Management for Acute & Chronic Illnesses including: COPD, HTN, T2DM, CHF, CKD, OSA, Flu & Bronchitis
- IV Fluids, IV antibiotics
- Physical & Occupational Therapy & Speech Therapy & Nursing
- Medication Management & Delivery Pharmacy
- On-site Lab, Sleep study, Ultrasound & X-rays
- Home Ventilators, Oxygen, Nebulized Medications
- Joint/Spine Bracing & Extremity splinting
