Nurses

Allyson King, LPN

I am originally from Lebanon, KY and moved to Louisville after completing nursing school in 2014 and graduating with my LPN. I have always had a passion for helping people, and I could not imagine myself doing anything else. I plan to one day further my nursing career, however, for now my free time is dedicated to being the best mom I can for my little girl. In my free time, I love to travel with family and friends.

Amy Buckman, LPN

I received my MNA certification in 2009. I graduated from Jefferson Technical College in 2012 with my Associates of Science, along with my LPN diploma. My nursing background includes long-term care, memory care, home health and experience as a compliance nurse focusing on Medicare guidelines and regulations. When I am not working I love spending time with my family and friends.

Jessica Martin, LPN

I received my LPN licensure in 2010 from Galen College of nursing. After working as a CNA for 7 years it led me to change my career track and pursue nursing. Since becoming an LPN I've worked in home health, LTC, rehab, managed a memory care unit, directed an assisted living and worked with an ACO focused on medicare guidelines. I have begun furthering my education but am currently focused on my family as I am a mom of a teen, preteen and infant. My goal is to provide quality care to not only my family but the patients I serve as well.
