I have been a patient with Extended Care for close to 2 years. In these 2 years I have received the best healthcare that I have ever received. It saddens me that next week will be the last time I will be treated by this facility. They will no longer be providing services in the county where I live.
I would like to say thank you to Merideth Micel, APRN, Pam Alvey, and Kayla for everything they have always done for me and the care, compassion, and concern they have always had for me and all the patients they provide healthcare to.

I was pleasantly amazed when Extended Care House Calls asked if I'd like to be present when they first visited my mother; that was wonderful and unusual. Since then, I've found the dedication to health and to great communication with me to be outstanding. Nurse Practitioner Kim has taken care to let me know what's going on, to answer my questions and to jointly make decisions when that was appropriate.

I have been using this company for several years for my mother that lives in an Assisted Living in Shelbyville. They are wonderful! Anytime there is a problem they are quick to respond and help take care of her. I would especially like to say how wonderful Jackie Holland is to my mom. She goes above and beyond!!!
