I have been using this company for several years for my mother that lives in an Assisted Living in Shelbyville.  They are wonderful!  Anytime there is a problem they are quick to respond and help take care of her.  I would especially like to say how wonderful Jackie Holland is to my mom. I was pleasantly amazed when Extended Care House Calls asked if I'd like to be present when they first visited my mother; that was wonderful and unusual.  Since then, I've found the dedication to health and to great communication with me to be outstanding. I am taking the opportunity to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to each and everyone at Extended Care. Since my wife's acceptance into extended care, we have received excellent medical and professional services. This past Sunday I received a phone call from an extended care doctor regarding my wife's lab report. I do not believe I have ever received a phone call from a doctor on a Sunday. Doctor Barry Klein was very understanding while providing me with sound medical advice.

I have had numerous phone and email contacts with personnel at the Extended Care office regarding appointments, prescriptions,etc. I have always received prompt and accurate advice and assistance. A very special thanks goes to Ms. Kayla Long, medical assistant supervisor. She has gone the extra mile helping and advising me regarding my wife's serious medical condition.

I highly recommend Extended Care to anyone needing in home medical services. They provide most medical professional services and do so in an excellent manner.
