Patient Services - We take care of long term care patients as well as those admitted for subacute rehab stays.

We see patients in nursing homes, assisted and independent living facilities. We are currently providing care in over 18 facilities and growing. Some of these facilities include Summerfield Health and Rehab, Meadowview Health and Rehab, and Baptist Home East in Louisville, Ky.

We are a network of Independent Nurse Practitioners that collaborate with multiple physicians including Dr. Suresh Nair and Dr.

Shazia Sheikh and growing. We also collaborate with a team of hospitalists in area hospitals in Louisville, KY including Norton Suburban Hospital, Baptist Hospital East, Norton Audubon Hospital, and Sts. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital. The team of hospitalists includes Dr. Nigam, Dr. Cardinali, and Dr. Cagata to name a few.

Nurse Practitioner Services - We provide the tools necessary for nurse practitioners interested in geriatrics and subacute rehab to start their own company.

Billing Services - VOCIS Inc. is a company that is a one stop shop for providing the necessary tools to succeed in today's healthcare industry.  We utilize VOCIS for medical billing and coding. VOCIS  also offers a variety of other services including medical transcription and web design.  They are cost effective and efficient!
